Is your arrival time outside our opening hours?
Not a problem! We would be happy to deposit the hotel room key in the key box for you. With a three-digit code, which we arrange in advance, you can remove the key from the device.
Information
The arrival time is regularly scheduled on Monday to Wednesday for the period between 2:00 pm and 8:00 pm at the latest. From 8.00 pm late arrival is possible; however, please notify us by 6 pm at the latest on the day of arrival. Alternatively, you can email us to inform of your late arrival by 6.00 pm. You will then receive a three-digit key code to enter the hotel. Our hotel has neither a night porter nor a 24-hour service. Please also note that your reservation will automatically be cancelled at 10.00.
Sunday/holiday arrival
Our reception is open on Sundays and bank holidays until 12.00 am. If you cannot make it on time, you must inform of your late arrival by phone or email. You will then receive a three-digit key code to enter the hotel.
Key handover
Drive to the hotel car park and continue through the gate.
At the back entrance of the main house is the key box.
Enter the three-digit key code and then press the green “Done” button to confirm.
You can remove the key from the key dispenser.
