How do I get to the Hotel Kühl from the main railway station or by car?

The bus stop "Kummerfelder Strasse" is a one-minute walk from the hotel. This offers a direct connection to Neumünster main station (all trains) and from there you can take the Kielius to Hamburg Airport. Are there car parking facilities?

Our hotel has its own large car park. The charge is 3,- Euro per night.

Are there charging stations for electric cars?

Yes, we have two charging stations for electric cars.

How does the digital guest system work?

You can enter your details online at any time from the time of booking.

Once you have done this once, you will be checked in automatically on your day of arrival and will receive an e-mail with your room number and how to get your key if you arrive outside reception hours. This means you can get to your room at any time.

When is check-in possible?

We guarantee check-in from 14:00. In most cases, however, the rooms are ready earlier. If this is the case, you can of course check into your room earlier.

By when do I have to check out?

We kindly ask you to check out by 11:00 am at the latest.

Does the hotel also offer breakfast?

We offer a rich breakfast buffet Mondays to Saturdays from 6.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. and Sundays from 7.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.

Is there internet access?

The entire accommodation offers its guests free WLAN access.

When is the restaurant open?

Our restaurant is open from Monday to Wednesday from 5.30 pm to 9.30 pm. Outside our restaurant hours we are also open when we are catering for events. Therefore, please enquire.

Is there a restaurant near the hotel?

Yes, there is a restaurant near us that we can also recommend. The restaurant "Dalmatiner Stuben" www.dalmatinerstuben.de is a 3-minute drive and 15-minute walk from us.

What are the reception hours?

From Monday to Wednesday from 7 am to 9 pm, Thursday to Sunday from 7 am to 1 pm. Travelling outside reception opening hours? No problem! We will inform you!

Which payment methods are offered?

We offer EC, Mastercard, Visacard and cash payment.

Can I bring my dog with me?

We only have one room where dogs are allowed: Room 8.
Please leave your four-legged friend in your room for breakfast. You are welcome to bring them with you to the restaurant.

Is there a running/jogging track nearby?

Yes, there is a wonderful running route. You run from the hotel in the direction of Gadelander Erlöserkirche (450 metres from the hotel). There you turn into the street Am Hang. Follow this road and you will reach the Krähholzer Wald along the Stör.
