We have two charging stations for electric vehicles.

Charging at our charging station costs €0.54 per kilowatt hour (kWh). Please note that a Pre-booking required to be able to use the charging station.

The Billing takes place on your departure.

The charging stations can earmarkedbut not firmly reserved be booked. We ask for your understanding if no free column is available at the desired time.

A reservation is particularly important when when the reception is not mannedbecause in this case we have the key to the charging station. deposit in your room in advance.

The entire accommodation offers its guests free WLAN access.

You will find the access code either on the desk in your room or in the digital guest folder on your mobile phone.

Our Restaurant open Monday to Wednesday from 17:30 to 21:30 open. Outside of these times, we are happy to be available for events.

On Fridays and Saturdays we offer our hotel guests a small bistro menu from 17:00 to 20:00 on. During this time, our restaurant invites you to enjoy a small snack and a drink until 20:00.

Yes, there is a restaurant near us that we can also recommend. The restaurant "Dalmatiner Stuben" www.dalmatinerstuben.de is a 3-minute drive and 15-minute walk from us.

Our reception is open Monday to Saturday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Sundays from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm.

If you arrive outside reception opening hours, that's no problem! Please inform us of your late arrival at least 24 hours before your stay. We will then send you a code for handing over the keys.

Please note that this service is only possible with prepayment or a credit card on file.

The keys are issued via a key box, which is located at the back entrance of the main building is located.

You can pay conveniently by EC card, Mastercard, Visa or in cash. We also offer PayPal as a payment option - in this case we will send you a corresponding payment link.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets in our hotel rooms. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not permitted in the rooms. Should a dog nevertheless be brought into a hotel room without authorisation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee of 100 euros.

Yes, there is a wonderful running route. You run from the hotel in the direction of Gadelander Erlöserkirche (450 metres from the hotel). There you turn into the street Am Hang. Follow this road and you will reach the Krähholzer Wald along the Stör.

Our hotel has a back door with a ramp to facilitate access for wheelchair users. We also offer a hotel room with a level-access shower. Please let us know in advance so that we can make the best possible arrangements for your stay.

Wenn Sie eine Rate gewählt haben, die eine kostenfreie Stornierung bis 24 Stunden vor Anreise erlaubt, können Sie Ihren Aufenthalt bis spätestens 24 hours before the planned arrival date kostenfrei stornieren oder verkürzen. Nach Ablauf dieser Frist ist eine Stornierung oder Änderung nicht mehr kostenfrei möglich.

Nicht stornierbare Rate

Bei Auswahl der Option "Not cancellable" ist der Gesamtbetrag direkt bei der Buchung fällig. Eine kostenfreie Stornierung oder Änderung ist nach Abschluss der Buchung nicht mehr möglich.

Event Rate

If you use the Event Rate gebucht haben, ist eine kostenfreie Stornierung bis 4 Wochen vor dem geplanten Anreisetermin möglich. Nach dieser Frist fällt eine Stornierungsgebühr in Höhe von 100 % der Buchungskosten an.

Gruppenbuchungen

Bei einer Buchung von mehr als 3 Zimmern können abweichende Stornierungsrichtlinien sowie zusätzliche Aufpreise gelten. Diese Sonderbestimmungen werden Ihnen im Rahmen der Buchung separat mitgeteilt.

Arrival outside reception hours

If you arrive after the regular reception opening hours, we will be happy to leave your room key in our key box. You can easily remove the key with a previously agreed three-digit code.

Please let us know the day before at the latest.

For this service we require a cost transfer from the company as well as the guest's contact details and credit card details.

Our Economy room are located in the adjoining building and are simply furnished - ideal for price-conscious travellers.

Our Standard room are located in the main building and offer more comfort. All standard rooms have newly renovated bathrooms.

Our hotel has a back door with a ramp and a room with a level-access shower. This room is barrier-free, but not fully accessible.

As we only have one such room, we kindly ask you, to be requested in advance in any case. We can gladly rent the room make a notebut one fixed reservation is unfortunately not possible. We will do our best to fulfil your wishes, but ask for your understanding if the room is not available at the desired time.

We also recommend making an early enquiry by e-mail if you have walking difficulties - for example, if you would like a room on the ground floor.

Deutsche Gäste müssen seit dem 01.01.2025 keinen behördlichen Meldeschein mehr ausfüllen. Eine Erfassung einzelner Daten kann jedoch weiterhin aus organisatorischen oder vertraglichen Gründen erforderlich sein (z. B. für Rechnungsstellung, Kontaktinformationen oder Firmenbuchungen).

Internationale Gäste sind weiterhin gesetzlich verpflichtet, bei der Anreise einen Meldeschein auszufüllen und ein gültiges Ausweisdokument vorzulegen.
